By using ScholarUp (app or website), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Service Description

ScholarUp provides scholarship exam preparation, live exams, courses, community features, AI study tools, and premium subscription plans.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate registration information
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts to abuse exams or referrals

3. Exams & Fair Use

• Cheating, tab-switching abuse, or sharing exam answers is prohibited
• We may disqualify attempts flagged by anti-cheat systems
• Exam schedules and content may change with notice

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium plans are billed via Razorpay in INR with applicable GST
• Subscriptions expire at the end of the billing period unless renewed
• Refunds are handled per our refund policy — contact support within 7 days of purchase for billing issues

5. Community Guidelines

Do not post harmful, abusive, or copyrighted content. We may remove posts and suspend accounts that violate community standards.

6. Intellectual Property

ScholarUp content, branding, and exam materials are owned by Devithor AI Space Private Limited. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

ScholarUp is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
